Room 1 - 3 single beds + bathroom Room 2 - 1 double + 1 single +bathroom Room 3 - 1 double + 1 single + bathroom Room 4 - 1 double + 1 single Studio - 1 double + 1 large single open to another room with 1 single (studio opens to room with 1 bathroom). Maximum occupancy is 16. TV and internet in every room. Guests can use the barbeque, coffee machine and fridge. We will also require a refundable damage deposit before the festival. This will be billed separately on or around 31 March 2023, which will need to be paid before you arrive. This is to cover any damages, as well as your agreement that no more than 16 people will stay in the house. The amount will equate to one night's stay per person.
