We obviously hope and pray this does not happen! However, if this pandemic has taught us anything it's that unfortunately we are not in control...
We will continue to monitor the situation in the months leading up to June 2022 and that should give us a good idea.
In the event we are forced to postpone the festival again due to government imposed restrictions, then all tickets would have to be rolled over to 2023.
Tickets are non-refundable, however they are transferable, meaning you can apply (for free) to transfer your ticket to someone else. This is also the case if the festival is postoned due to government imposed restrictions caused by the pandemic.
No, you can arrive separately! The person who booked the group ticket needs to allocate each ticket ahead of the festival and once the tickets are fully paid you will then receive a ticket for each person attending. You can then forward these onto any member of your party, meaning you do not have to arrive together.
31 March 2022. Deposits are not automatically taken from your bank; instead you need to login to your account with Easol and make your final payments before the deadline.
Please email email@example.com and provide the new details of the transfer you require and we will get that changed for you.

If paying in cash you must use Bulgarian Lev
Each year we have one cash machine installed in the village, however this is used frequently and will not always be stocked. The nearest town with cash machines is Smolyan, which is a 20min drive from the village. We therefore recommend that you bring enough cash with you for the duration of your stay.
Typically around 5 lev (€2.50) for a beer and food from our local traders around 10 lev (€5.00)
We have card terminals all over site which will accept any form of contactless payment method. We recommend you have cash (Bulgarian Lev) with you as well, as some traders will only accept cash. All of our bars will have contactless card machines.

Yes, if you are bringing a vehicle the car park is located just over 3km from the village, in an abandoned hotel. You must book your space online in advance. There are no cars allowed in village centre, so please park up before coming to Village HQ to check in. There will be a SHUTTLE BUS running 24hrs a day to and from the car park. Please be aware if you have a live-in vehicle there are no facilities.
The festival village is 30 mins from the nearest town and taxi’s are not readily available. Most of your required items can be purchased at the village shop or on site. Also to try and reduce our carbon foot print we are encouraging people to be more organised and not leave the village. Once you have arrived the scenery, music and community is so good why would you want to leave especially when you only have 3-5 days here.
